The preferred way to access the library is to just link to the file directly by putting the following code in your page:

<script type="text/javascript" src="http://jpal.pbworks.com/f/jpal.js"></script>

This technique has the added advantage of always being the most updated version of the library.

Downloading

Alternately, you can download the file below. Just right-click and choose Save As...:

Download jpal.js

You can then upload it and include it in your wiki the same way as above, replacing "http://jpal.pbwiki.com/f/jpal.js" with "/f/jpal.js"
